A3 MBT Screw unit is made distinguish from others manufacturers.  We employed slewing drive with hydraulic motors on screw turning.  This lets us utilized much higher turning torque and overturning moment than any brands in the market.  Turning Screw shaft can also be made to sway vertically when facing too much load.

 

 

 

 

Programmable travelling path and all speeds can be adjusted through PLC based controller.  Wear parts like screw blade is made from Hardox, thus sustaining long continuous working operation with less maintenance.
